How We Started
Back in 2018, I was working as a freelance developer in Taitung, constantly hearing the same frustration from local businesses. They needed websites, web apps, cloud solutions - but finding qualified developers was nearly impossible.
The gap was obvious. Taiwan's tech industry was booming, but education hadn't caught up. Most programs were either too theoretical or focused on outdated technologies. So we decided to bridge that gap ourselves.
We started small - just a few weekend workshops in a rented community space. Our first class had six students, all working professionals looking to transition into tech. By the end of 2019, we had trained over 200 people and moved into our current facility.
